How to make it?
- Put a few cauliflower trees (that’s my technical term) into your food processor. Pulse a few times until it is the size and texture of rice!
- Either cook or keep it raw.
- To cook: Put in a pan on medium heat that’s lightly greased with coconut oil. Cook until softened. It should take 5-10 minutes.
- To keep it raw: simply put it in a bowl.
