So, grab your Yoga Mat and get in front of your Laptop, iPad, or TV for some At Home Yoga!🏠

🎥If you search for “Yoga” in YouTube, there are videos for whatever level you’re at with Yoga

  • You can search for Yoga classes as short as 1⃣0⃣ minutes, or as long as an hour!

These videos are great quality👌, and many are made by actual Yoga Instructors, so it’s just like going to a Yoga Class–but without any awkwardness or annoyances🚫!
