Yummy Smoothie Bowl+Yummy Vegan Breakfast

I’m missing my fresh figs! But, the dried figs are SO yummy! It’s weird how differently fresh and dried figs taste, isn’t it? I mean, I just can’t get over how sweet dried figs are!

🍵Smoothie: Frozen Blueberries, Frozen Strawberries, So Delicious Coconut Yogurt, Maca Powder, and Spinach.

🍃Toppings: Coconut Flakes, Flax Meal, Chia Seeds, Goji Berries, Dried Fig, Fresh Raspberries, Almond Butter, Dried Cranberries, Quinoa, Pumpkin Seeds, and Quick Oats.  

🙌Yummy Vegan Breakfast:

Rudi’s Spelt English Muffins are so delicous, AND they’re healthy! Plus, bonus: Spelt is low gluten so it’s easier to digest! Spelt is an awesome little grain!
