Vegan Blog | Eating Healthy, Feeling Happy! Have your veggies and eating your cookies too! I post healthy vegan and gluten-free foods that I make and bake.🍴🍅🍆🌽🍎🍍🍈🍉🍓🍒
My weightloss journey is going a little slower than I’d like. I have the diet down, except for a few extra bowls of Life Cinnamon cereal and some Vegan ice cream for dessert… but I haven’t started the big part of weight loss: working out.
I could beat myself up when I step on the scale. But I choose not to.
As with most things, slow and steady win the race.
We want our weight to just fly off of us, but to healthfully loose weight–that’s not how it works.
Hey there! Thanks✨ for visiting Happy Healthy Noms for this week’s Foodie Friday!🍴
Today I am sharing a simple dish that has become a staple for dinner! It’s super yummy!
Zesty Asian-inspired Tempeh
Marinate tempeh in soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and hoisin sauce.
Cook until light brown in a pan.
Serve on top of rice with cilantro, a lime, and green onions!
You’re probably wondering what tempeh is, right?
It’s actually a lot like Tofu, but less processed. It’s made of fermented soy compacted together. It’s tastes different than Tofu. In my opinion, it’s more flavorful and tasty!
Until next time, eat your veggies and have your tempeh too!
Hey there! Thanks✨ for visiting HappyHealthyNoms for this week’s Move Your Body Monday!🌟
I have been hoopdancing💃 since May🌷, and I LOVE💗 it!
Hoop dancing (or “hooping“) is a great calorie-burningaerobic and strengthening workout that doesn’t feel like a workout!💟 Hooping is fun, can be relaxing🌾, and is fairly easytolearn👍.I started out with that beginner hoop, but switched to an advanced pink polypro hoop, and I just got my advanced LED hoopin the mail today!🎉 Look at this baby shine~✨
My hoop is from Moodhoops and is called Glitch. It’s 3⃣3⃣ inches, and made out of clear polypro.
Check out my first flow session with my new LED hoop:
🌟I take hoopclasses locally, which means there are probably hoop classes by you too! If you’re interested just google “hoop classes” +your town!👍
⭐️If there aren’t hoopclasses by you, you can learn from tutorials on YouTube. I supplement my classes with these tutorials. My favorite💛 tutorials are by DeAnne Love.
🙏If you have any questions about hoop dancing let me know! *comment✒️ below or e-mail📧 me at happyhealthynoms@gmail.com
I can help you pick out a good beginner hoop or find tutorials to start your hoopingjourney!✨
Also, fellowhoopers : I’d appreciate any constructive criticism~💜
